Responsibilities
Provide frontline support by rapidly resolving customer issues and troubleshooting, while contributing to service revenue and ensuring strong customer contract retention
Travel throughout a designated service region on short notice to support products and field service partners and conduct training to ensure operational performance and data quality
Work independently within a geographic territory, while fostering a team-based environment with opportunities for benchmarking, mentoring, and receiving expert technical support
Qualification
Required
BA, AA or Technical Trade Degree in Electronics or Engineering (or related discipline) or the equivalent experience is required with 2-4 years of related work experience -or- equivalent Military experience
Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; capable of presenting and training technical information
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and document activities and expenses
Able to travel on short notice with periodic overnight stays. Potential 75% travel
Potential on call and weekend shifts
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet
Preferred
2 – 4 Years of Experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician –or- Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS, MT, CLS)
