Process Server

ProVest, one of the nation’s largest legal support services firms, is seeking independent contractors to serve legal documents in Anderson County. As a Private Process Server, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Serve legal documents within assigned areas
Manage assignments using ProVest’s mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)
Return completed documents
Plan routes and manage your own schedule
Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times

Qualification

Required

Tennessee residency (near listed counties preferred)
Availability 3–5 days per week, including Saturdays
Ability to complete 15–20 service attempts per day
Willingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-off
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Access to a computer, printer, and scanner
Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reporting
