Junior Recruiter/HR Onboarding Associates

InSource, Inc is seeking a Junior Recruiter/HR Onboarding Associate to manage recruiting and onboarding processes. The role involves overseeing the volunteer candidate lifecycle and supporting volunteer programs and events.

Responsibilities

Manage the full volunteer candidate lifecycle from application review through hire and orientation
Use Workday ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for recruiting volunteers
Oversee active volunteers, including compliance with training and health requirements and reassignment to new roles
Partner with Volunteer Services leadership to develop assignments, update program materials, and support volunteer programs and events

Qualification

General recruitingApplicant onboardingWorkday ATSCommunication skills

Required

2 years of experience in general recruiting and applicant onboarding
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week (4 days once fully trained)
Intent to become a full-time employee based on performance
Ability to successfully pass drug test and background check
Ability to produce medical history (immunizations records, etc.)
High School Diploma or a GED
Excellent communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Workday ATS is strongly preferred (or at least the willingness to learn it)
