Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst to partner closely with the ServiceNow Architect and act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT ServiceNow development teams
Experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, with at least 4 years specifically focused on ServiceNow implementations and process automation
ServiceNow Knowledge: Deep understanding of below Modules and Applications
IT Service Management (ITSM) - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, portal, virtual agent, Mobile app, CMDB, Integrations, Reports, Dashboards and DATA MIGRATION
IT Operations Management (ITOM)- CMDB, Discovery and Event Management
IT Service Management (ITAM) - HAM pro, SAM pro
In addition to project delivery the BSA will support Business as usual BAU activities including minor enhancements defect fixes incident triage and process improvements to ensure the ongoing stability and efficiency of services
Strong ability to analyze business requirements, model processes, and translate them into technical specifications
Proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, process documentation
Assist in sprint planning backlog grooming and prioritization of stories
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex business challenges and propose effective solutions
Produce high-quality documentation, including process flows, business rules, functional designs, and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
Communicate complex technical and process concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences
Translate business needs into ServiceNow solution concepts and validate designs through walkthroughs, prototypes, and testing
Engage with stakeholders to identify business objectives and translate them into clear, scalable ServiceNow requirements
Serve as a strategic Analyst who bridges business needs with technical ServiceNow solutions
Support SIT System Integration Testing and UAT User Acceptance Testing including test case preparation execution and validation for both new functionality and upgrade initiatives

Required
