Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Collaborate with BYD leadership to establish and execute regional sales targets
Build strong relationships with dealer management and resolve conflicts effectively
Develop and execute territory sales and marketing strategies
Forecast and report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance
Create short-term and long-term growth plans for the region
Analyze market data to identify effective sales approaches
Identify new sales opportunities through market and competitive analysis
Present products and solutions to customers and project partners
Support and deliver dealer training to drive forecast achievement
Participate in industry events and trade shows
Monitor competitive activity within the assigned region
Support special projects as requested by management

Required

Proven sales or customer support experience in forklifts, material handling equipment, or related industrial sectors
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in complex, technical sales environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple large accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with strong technical, financial, and commercial aptitude
3–5 years of experience in technical sales and/or sales & marketing (industrial preferred)
Strong understanding of dealer management and channel sales
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Willingness to travel frequently within the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
