Intensive case management including budgeting, goal setting, life skills, and developing program exit plans
Home visits
Home inspections
Interactions with landlords
Document all interaction with program participants and case management activities into a specified software program in a timely manner
Travel throughout Clay, Effingham, Fayette and Montgomery counties to provide services to all HUD Rapid Re-Housing participants
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
This position will require HUD Certification within 6 months of hire
Preferred
Associate degree in social services related field preferred
