New Business Development / Account Manager
RION Equipment, with over 50 years of commitment to its customers and communities, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative. This role involves developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting the company’s services and products to generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Develops and grows business relationships with prospective and established customers in the assigned accounts to generate business opportunities for the organization’s services and/or products
Responsible for expanding our customer base by frequently contacting current and potential customers to sell equipment and promoting rentals and product support. This includes but is not limited to On-site customer visits, cold calling, following up on leads, and hand-delivering proposals
Maintains continuous knowledge of products and identifies potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the product. Understands company products and effectively communicates all offerings to the customer
Actively promote the company’s services by establishing credibility and responsiveness in the assigned accounts
Initiate communications, in-person visits, and presentations to customers, existing and potential
Qualification
Required
