Responsibilities
Own delivery and execution across CoreWeave’s AI/ML Platform & Services and Weights & Biases (W&B)
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure platforms that support the full ML lifecycle—from experimentation and training to deployment and inference
Drive alignment and execution across highly technical, cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of customer-facing AI/ML products used by ML researchers, engineers, and enterprise customers
Lead execution of customer-facing features such as Models, Weave, and other emerging products
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive programs from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery, predictable execution, and strong adoption
Translate product strategy into clear delivery plans, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring launches deliver measurable customer and business impact
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in SaaS, Cloud, or ML/AI environments
Demonstrated experience delivering customer-facing product features and launches end-to-end
Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs involving Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams
Experience in establishing and running program mechanisms such as execution forums, launch readiness reviews, and release cadences
Ability to align product roadmaps, manage cross-team dependencies, and track delivery against commitments
Experience providing program health visibility through status reporting, dashboards, and risk management
Strong written communication skills, including program documentation and executive-level updates
Preferred
Master's degree or advanced technical degree
Familiarity with ML developer workflows, model lifecycle management, or AI tooling
Experience influencing product and technical direction to align with long-term platform strategy
Background in cross-organizational or portfolio-level program management
Experience introducing or scaling program governance frameworks in high-growth environments
