Manages a team of Human Resource professionals that are committed to providing cost effective, high quality delivery of Human Resources services

Responsible for assuring subsidiary leadership is educated on human resources policies and procedures, contractual and legal requirements

Assists in the negotiation and administration of union contracts

In conjunction with the Vice President or Director Human Resources, is responsible for the day to day operations of department

Originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide a performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards of a superior workforce
