Responsibilities
Lead solution design, configuration, functional delivery, system integration, and migration activities for complex manufacturing environments
Demonstrate strong expertise in SAP PP/PEO and QM modules
Participate in at least 2–3 full cycle SAP implementations covering Production Planning and Quality Management
Utilize strong configuration knowledge in PP, QM, and MES, including advanced manufacturing processes
Apply hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Applications
Ensure solid understanding of PP-MM and PP-QM integration
Manage material requirement planning, project stock handling, and involvement with WBS elements
Exhibit theoretical and practical exposure to SAP Project Systems
Develop strong documentation skills for functional specifications, business process flows, test cases, and conversion templates
Solve problems effectively by debugging, analyzing functional gaps, and proposing corrective solutions
Guide development teams and work closely with stakeholders across business and IT
Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Qualification
Required
10 + years of SAP implementation experience with strong expertise in SAP PP/PEO and QM modules
Demonstrated experience in at least 2–3 full cycle SAP implementations covering Production Planning and Quality Management
Strong configuration knowledge in PP, QM, and MES, including advanced manufacturing processes (complex assembly, serialization, batch, rework from stock, MRO processes)
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori Applications
Solid understanding of PP-MM and PP-QM integration
Experience in material requirement planning, project stock handling, and involvement with WBS elements
Theoretical and practical exposure to SAP Project Systems (Networks, WBS elements, PP-PS Integration)
Strong documentation skills: functional specifications, business process flows, test cases, conversion templates
Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to debug, analyze functional gaps, and propose corrective solutions
Experience guiding development teams and working closely with stakeholders across business and IT
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
