Responsibilities
The day to day is spent in a conference room alongside one other person
It is solely scanning so the candidate would be responsible for prepping files, scanning files, quality controlling, entering set data points into excel, indexing the documents, then filing away
The candidate will be on-site with the client daily, interacting with different people who may walk in or out of the space
NO OVERTIME is approved for this role
Someone with some clerical or office environment experience would be helpful but is not necessary
Someone with proficient computer skills (excel is used daily for data entry)
Someone who is personable and understands professionalism as we do interact with our client the entire workday
Someone who is comfortable with a stationary role, sitting down for most of their workday
Use of standard desktop, a desktop scanner
Extensive sitting and twisting, wrist movements
Qualification
Required
Experience in a clerical or office environment (helpful but not necessary)
Proficient computer skills (Excel is used daily for data entry)
Personable and understands professionalism
Comfortable with a stationary role, sitting down for most of the workday
Ability to use standard desktop and a desktop scanner
Ability to perform extensive sitting and twisting, wrist movements
