Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel macros to streamline data processing and reporting
Consolidate and organize information from multiple manufacturing sites to support operational and financial analysis
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive Excel tasks using VBA
Assist with reporting and analysis related to production, inventory, and cost accounting
Support ad hoc data requests and projects as needed

Qualification

Required

Strong Excel skills, including VBA/macro development
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial data analysis
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred

1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or operations
