Responsibilities

Update and monitor sales performance dashboards and reports (e.g. Looker, Salesforce, etc.)
Own the book management and account assignment process to effectively run the business day to day
Execute, innovate, and document workflows to enhance organizational effectiveness
Work cross functionally on various operational and analytical projects by analyzing data to identify key insights to provide recommendations, and inform decisions
Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to use data to make informed decisions and create solutions

Required

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience in an operational or analytical role such as Revenue Operations, Communications, or Merchandising/Merchandise Planning
Strong written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease and to prioritize effectively
Ability to work well in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
Strong project management and documentation skills
Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail and timeliness
Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce, Sales Engagement, and Google Looker is a plus
Interest in and experience with design and/or luxury products is a plus
Experience and/or understanding of a marketplace/e-commerce platform
