Administrative & Operations Assistant
EQuiCIBUS is looking for an on-site Administrative & Operations Assistant to support their growing headquarters team in Naples, FL. This hands-on role combines administrative support with light operational coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution in a growing international company.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound communications: answer phone calls, manage general email inquiries, and route messages appropriately
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Coordinate schedules and assist with meeting preparation as needed
Support management with administrative and light operational tasks
Assist with basic coordination of social media content and online presence, in collaboration with management
Support light networking and outreach activities when requested
Support occasional in-person meetings and coordination at the Naples location
Assist with day-to-day administrative routines, including supplies, mail coordination, and documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication in English
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Reliable, discreet, and able to work independently
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Spanish language skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital communication
Interest in sustainability, logistics, or animal-related industries
