Responsibilities
Design and draft mechanical systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software
Assist in developing HVAC layouts, load calculations, and equipment selections
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Teams to ensure accurate installation and design intent
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and general contractors throughout all project phases
Apply engineering principles of Thermodynamics, Heat Transfer, and Fluid Dynamics to real-world design and construction challenges
Participate in project meetings, submittal reviews, and client coordination efforts
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (EIT preferred)
0–3 years of experience in mechanical design or construction (internship or co-op experience welcome)
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required; familiarity with Navisworks or similar 3D coordination software a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
