Responsibilities

Build a strong, motivated team by recruiting, training, and inspiring staff members. Foster a positive team culture through daily huddles, meetings, and 1:1s
Champion unparalleled customer service. Lead by example to ensure all customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively
Oversee efficient planning of materials, labor forecasting, and resource allocation to exceed customer expectations while maintaining financial performance
Liaise with support teams, sales, field teams, and procurement to ensure best practices and smooth operations
Maintain accurate inventory of fleet, parts, and materials, ensuring zero discrepancies and efficient resource use
Collaborate with vendors, community leaders, and third-party partners to strengthen relationships and ensure business success
Drive company growth by meeting financial goals, analyzing cost data, and implementing new strategies to align with overall business objectives
Promote a safe, accident-free work environment and adhere to all Max Service Group policies and legal regulations
Recognize and reward your team’s hard work through regular coaching and performance evaluations, ensuring growth and engagement
Lead the charge on manpower planning, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with business and production goals
Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and take action to achieve revenue and profit margin targets. Conduct ride-alongs and 1:1 training sessions to support team development
Ensure the proper maintenance and appearance of the building and grounds to reflect our brand’s professionalism and commitment to excellence

Qualification

Required

5-8 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
Journeyman Licensed Plumber
Strong leadership skills and a passion for team development

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
A commitment to safety, compliance, and delivering excellence
