Responsibilities

Member Acquisition: Drive strategies that increase qualified, active members across markets
Retention Strategy: Improve member engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention
Growth Experiments: Design, test, and scale data-driven growth initiatives
Experience Feedback: Establish systems to capture, act on, and close the loop on member feedback
Team Leadership: Lead and scale growth-related teams, including marketing and content
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Product, Operations, and Marketplace leaders to optimize outcomes
Mission Advocacy: Champion member needs and ensure decisions align with PadSplit’s purpose

Deep empathy for users and commitment to improving their experience
