Escalate complex problems to relevant technical teams when needed
Qualification
Required
Technical support experience, with strong customer service skills
Proficiency in troubleshooting various technical issues
Excellent communication skills
English proficiency at C1/C2 level
Flexible to work onsite, hybrid, or remotely
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
