Product Owner/Business Analyst - Exempt
TTI of USA is seeking a Product Owner/Business Analyst to enhance their product management capabilities. This role involves strategic product planning, managing product backlogs, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring product execution aligns with customer insights and business outcomes.

Responsibilities
Responsible for strategic product planning, managing multiple product backlogs and mentoring junior Product owners
Able to write specs for minor features and contribute meaningfully to specs for major features
Able to negotiate the implementation of current work, make the right trade-off decisions to launch products in a high quality manner
Knows when to escalate to managers
Works with teams to make recommendations that deliver maximum value to end users as quickly as possible
Can efficiently assess the quality and readiness of a release
Formulates the right business questions to be asked and knows how to track down data to inform decisions
Can use low fidelity tools to outline a design approach and then work with teams to translate them into higher fidelity representation of the feature
Makes regular contact with users of product and uses multiple sources to prioritize roadmap decisions
Responsible for crafting a near-term product roadmap (in partnership with manager) and can communicate to junior team members
Full ownership of the product backlog and near term roadmap, ensuring that it is properly refined, prioritized and groomed
Agile Ceremony Ownership across POD and includes tracking velocity and identifying efficiencies for teams
Ownership of user stories, refinement process and Stakeholder Management (ongoing collaboration and updates)
Ownership of technical design decisions, performs product performance monitoring, track and analyze key product metrics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
Higher level of experience and expertise in product management
