Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and implement critical service projects from initiation to completion
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs across multi-branch service teams
Lead and coordinate administrative workflows with service administration teams
Produce and maintain status reports, timelines, and tracking documentation
Ensure documentation meets quality requirements and mitigates operational risk
Develop standardized best practices to support long-term project scalability
Act as primary liaison between contractors, internal stakeholders, and customers

Required

Proven success in electrical, mechanical, or Defense-adjacent environments
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong skills in project management software, scheduling tools, and milestone planning
3+ years of technical knowledge of Marine Propulsion and Power Generation Diesel Engines
Excellent communication, leadership, prioritization, and organizational abilities
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to travel frequently to customer and project sites

Preferred

Project management experience, in the marine or power generation field
Experience working with shipyards, contractors, and government customers
Background in multi-branch or multi-site service operations
Experience in risk management
