Responsibilities

Monitor and manage site‑wide Building Management and Environmental Monitoring Systems (BMS/EMS) to ensure optimal facility performance

Troubleshoot HVAC systems, air handlers, mechanical equipment, and controls to maintain environmental stability

Program, adjust, and diagnose issues within Honeywell BMS and Siemens EMS controls platforms

Analyze and run system trends to identify performance issues, inefficiencies, or potential failures

Support GMP‑regulated and validated clean‑room environments through continuous monitoring and accurate documentation

Respond to alarms, system faults, and mechanical failures, ensuring timely and effective corrective actions

Maintain technical documentation for system updates, adjustments, and control logic changes

Collaborate closely with Facilities, Engineering, and Operations teams to support production uptime and environmental compliance

Assist in optimizing system performance, improving reliability, and enhancing control strategies

Provide shift‑based technical support as part of a 24/7 operations schedule, ensuring seamless coverage
