Responsibilities

Leading the management of local suppliers and general services, ensuring the operational transition of the warehouse under corporate standards

Managing the purchasing cycle and accounts payable in management systems, collaborating closely with the Cost Control team to ensure budgetary efficiency

Establishing solid relationships with the Purchasing team to streamline vendor registration and reduce operational setup times on site

Coordinating with the People area for the management of the temporary staffing agency, auditing hours control and operational payroll

Acting as the Safety focal point on site, overseeing compliance with safety and hygiene regulations and managing permits for contractors

Supervising the preventive and corrective maintenance of the site's infrastructure, managing the service levels of cleaning and security providers

Required

Have 5 years of experience in operational administration positions, coordination of industrial sites, or logistics

Possess academic background in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields

Have bilingual or advanced English and Spanish language level, with technical negotiation capacity in both languages

Have knowledge in the management of ERP-type management tools and accounts payable accounting processes, as well as basic knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene regulations
