Responsibilities

Scan, organize, and file documents (digital and physical)
Screen and route phone calls and emails
Organize incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare order forms for office and warehouse supplies
Perform general clerical and office duties as needed
Run local errands as required
Check and manage post office boxes
Assist with postings and deliveries
Serve as the office assistant to the Directors of Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Sales
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily workflow

Required

In-office position – not remote
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Professional demeanor and attention to detail
