Junior IT Specialist (Hybrid | Milan or Bologna)

Responsibilities
Internal Tools & Platforms Ownership:
Microsoft: complete suite and SaaS tools (Microsoft 365, Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom)
Google: complete suite and SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar)
Confluence: internal documentation and knowledge management system
Slack: internal communication and collaboration platform
Hardware & Device Lifecycle Management:
Set-up: configuration and preparation of company devices for employees
Shipment: coordination of device delivery for onboarding, replacements, and offboarding
Tracking: inventory and lifecycle tracking of company hardware and devices
Residual responsibilities:
Availability to work from and travel to our Milan OR Bologna office, whenever required (realistically 1d/week)
Trustworthy and reliable: comfortable handling sensitive tasks, systems, and data with a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and responsibility
Smart and proactive mindset: able to quickly understand new contexts, take initiative, and actively contribute beyond assigned tasks
Strong sense of ownership: accountable for assigned responsibilities, with the ability to manage tasks end-to-end and follow through independently
Fast learner: willing and able to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly, including self-study and autonomous problem-solving
Qualification
Required
Full professional proficiency in English and Italian
Degree in IT or equivalent, or IT-focused high school diploma
Strong interest in starting and growing a career as a Junior IT Specialist
Availability to work from and travel to our Milan OR Bologna office, whenever required (realistically 1d/week)
