Responsibilities

Build channel-smart, audience-led, competition-aware strategies that help financial brands stand out and stay relevant
Turn complex client questions into clear, actionable, insight-driven recommendations
Guide the development of media plans that blend smart fundamentals with high-impact custom ideas
Set the bar for quality and ensure all work ladders up to a strong strategic throughline
Lead reporting and analytics to surface what really matters, insights, not noise
Pull and analyze competitive spend and tactics, surfacing insights that guide strategic recommendations, budget allocations, and help clients stay ahead of the industry curve
Keep teams and clients ahead of industry trends, evolving best practices, and emerging opportunities. Lead development of thought-leadership trend decks, covering audience behavior, media channel evolution, and category shifts to spark new ideas and inform long-range planning
Build sharp, compelling presentations that make strategy impossible to ignore
Be the strategic voice in the room, confident, clear, and able to cut through complexity
Elevate every recommendation with narrative logic and persuasive framing

Required

6–8+ years in comms planning or media strategy, ideally in complex categories like finance

A natural leader who loves developing people as much as developing strategy
Someone who brings energy, clarity, and momentum to every room
