Credit Control & Operations Support Assistant

Responsibilities

Generating and distributing monthly broker and direct statements using Open GI
Following up with brokers via calls and emails regarding outstanding balances
Updating and maintaining the Aged Debtors Spreadsheet with ongoing feedback
Monitoring and responding to emails from brokers and clients daily as well as managing and coordinating incoming calls and ensure proper routing to relevant team members
Facilities management – work with procurement lead to ensure office supplies and resources are restocked
Be the escalation point for office maintenance issues and suppliers
Managing health and safety procedures and ensure the correct number of fire marshals and first aiders are trained
Supporting and welcoming new starters to the office

Qualification

Credit control experienceMS Office proficiencyOpen GI experienceOrganisational skillsOffice management experienceInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in MS office suite
Experience with credit control
2+ years in an office management role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

Open GI experience is desirable
