Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams

Define program scope, success metrics, timelines, and resource plans

Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders

Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure program outcomes meet quality and performance expectations

Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and communication cadences

Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership pathways

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, customers, and industry stakeholders

Collaborate with product and strategy teams to translate market insights into actionable program initiatives

Support revenue growth through pipeline development, opportunity qualification, and deal execution

Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information into clear recommendations

Influence senior leaders through data-driven insights and strategic storytelling

Required

8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience

Proven track record leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder programs

Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills

Exceptional communication and executive‑level presentation abilities

Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
