Responsibilities
Design, build, and evolve an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) providing self-service access to cloud application deployment and infrastructure provisioning capabilities
Create paved roads and golden paths balancing developer autonomy with organizational standards and policy enforcement
Design and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code modules representing approved infrastructure and application patterns that are reusable, versioned, well-documented, and secure
Implement automated workflows and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, updates, and lifecycle management
Collaborate with application teams to understand needs and shape intuitive platform interfaces
Produce documentation, onboarding materials, and example workflows to enable self-service
Embed security, compliance, and governance requirements directly into platform workflows Monitor platform usage and performance and continuously improve based on feedback
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, OPA)
2+ years' experience working with Azure cloud
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
