Alternate Program Manager
Strategic Resources, Inc. Responsibilities
Responsible for the performance of work, compliance and quality control
Serves as a principle point of contact with the Government and assists in the management of operations across all installations
Ensure the recruitment, training, and retention of a qualified workforce
Ensures staff provides high quality customer service and performance services to all clients
Attends and assists with external meetings, conducts site visits, communicates program metrics to stakeholders, supervises courses, and manages travel
Prepares contractor required reports and administrative documents
Qualification
Required
Masters' degree from an accredited academic institution
A minimum of five (5) years program management experience
A working knowledge of military education programs and services, such as Tuition Assistance (TA), GI Bill programs, Credentialing Opportunities On-Line (COOL), and Service-specific education centers
Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation
Experience managing personnel at geographically dispersed sites
Ability to meet and correspond regularly with a government counterpart
Experience conducting QC checks and ensuring training requirements are met
Experience working directly with clients
Ability to exercise a great deal of independent judgment
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
Preferred
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification is desired but not required
