Responsibilities

Strategic capture planning and pipeline development

Army/Air Force/Navy/DOD client engagement and federal acquisition expertise

Complex real estate, environmental and infrastructure programs

Technical proposal leadership (IDIQ, MATOC, SATOC, etc.)

Cross-functional team leadership across engineering, science, and logistics

Program and project execution under FAR/DFARS compliance frameworks

P&L oversight, risk mitigation, and quality assurance

Ability to step in and take on challenging client and project initiatives

Lead Senior level relationships with Federal client organizations

Travel to client locations for face-to-face meetings

Key focus on federal clients and provide additional focus on the DOD’s real estate, environmental and infrastructure programs

Developed growth strategies resulting in new market penetration and long-term client partnerships

Ability to support innovative approaches to solving client's problems
