The ideal candidate will work closely with development and system engineering personnel to document, coordinate, and communicate releases while ensuring the integrity and performance of IT systems and infrastructures.

Responsibilities

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructures

Experience maintaining cloud/on-prem hybrid architectures

Provide support to IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc

Configure and manage operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows)

Experience managing security and policies

Troubleshoot, maintain integrity and configure network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance

Perform moderately complex network designs using existing technology

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes-based scalable architectures
