Responsibilities

Capital construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion

Vendor, architect, engineer, and contractor management

Project budgets, timelines, approvals, and executive reporting

Compliance with healthcare codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Coordination with legal and local authorities on zoning and permitting

Enterprise procurement for facilities, equipment, construction, and maintenance services

RFP/RFQ development, vendor selection, and contract negotiation

Vendor performance management and cost optimization

Centralized asset inventory and tracking systems

Daily oversight of facilities operations across leased healthcare locations

Preventive and corrective maintenance programs

Vendor responsiveness for time-sensitive facility issues

Site inspections, compliance readiness, and emergency response

Partnership with landlords and property owners

Required

10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare facilities management, construction, or procurement

Demonstrated ability to mentor senior leaders and build scalable systems

Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean 39-month motor vehicle record

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
