Responsibilities

Drive the growth of our business in the Industrial market in the Americas
Develop, manage, and nurture strategic partnerships with global key customers headquartered in the Americas
Build key relationships with decision makers that influence design, application, service, and procurement of Sensirion products
Coordinate and align with Swiss-based Industrial Market Director and the Market Managers for the different industrial segments, as well as the local Channel-Sales and Field-Application Engineering team in Chicago
Initiate a network of industrial value-added resellers in Americas, to enable business scalability
Collaborate with cross functional teams by communicating consistently, managing expectations, setting priorities, and engaging various resources locally and globally to execute action items and support customer initiatives
Perform other job-related duties as assigned (e.g., pricing, forecasting, CRM, OKR, attending trade shows, defining and executing Sales and Marketing projects and campaigns)

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics (or equivalent) with a strong interest in technology development
5+ years' technical sales experience or technical project lead experience

Preferred

Sales experience in industrial sensing solutions, preferably in the fields of automation, process control, semiconductor industry, analytical and process instruments, energy sector. Ideally, the candidate already has a network in some of these areas with potential customers, partners, sales channels
Experience in working with industrial value-added resellers
Track record in demand creation
