Responsibilities

Gather and document business and data requirements for market and reference data
Support the design and implementation of an enterprise Security Master
Work with market data sets including yield curves, inflation curves, and pricing data
Define and manage corporate reference data and corporate actions lifecycles
Partner with data engineers and architects to translate requirements into data models
Support data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives
Query and analyze data using SQL to validate requirements and outcomes

Required

Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
In-depth knowledge of market data concepts and structures
Strong understanding of Security Master and reference data domains
Experience working on enterprise data management initiatives
Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality practices
Ability to query data using SQL for analysis and validation
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience

Preferred

Prior Security Master modernization experience
Exposure to regulatory or risk data use cases
Familiarity with data lineage or critical data elements
