Grants Specialist
NEOGOV is seeking a Grants Specialist to develop, monitor, and evaluate grants, contracts, and agreements for the delivery of services in various human service settings. The role involves providing technical assistance and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations related to grants and contracts.

Responsibilities
Develops, monitors, and evaluates grants, contracts, and agreements for the delivery of services in a diverse range of human service settings
Provides specialized technical assistance and policy interpretation to grantees, contractors, and vendors
Assures grantee/contractor compliance with federal, state and local policies, procedures, regulations, and laws
Develops and implements grant/contract policy within regulatory/statutory guidelines
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
One (1) year of full time or equivalent part time paid or volunteer experience in child welfare casework, grants, accounting, finance, or program administration
Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time experience as an Accounting Specialist or Accounting Specialist, Senior may substitute for the required education and experience
