Qualification
Required
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Ability to multitask in and navigate between screens efficiently while assisting customers
Ability to provide essential technical support through phone and chat, showcasing flexibility in communication methods
Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
