Product Manager - Pricing Technologies
VARITE INC is looking for a Product Manager who enjoys solving problems and collaborates easily within their Buying Programs organization. The role involves driving product ownership, developing user stories, and collaborating with various teams to deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities
Drive product ownership by creating, prioritizing, and testing user stories aligned with business needs, project dependencies, and strategic goals
Develop and refine user stories, ensuring prioritization based on customer impact and organizational objectives
Define clear acceptance criteria and collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and end users to develop and carry out test plans
Champion the creation and upkeep of system and process documentation for transparency and scalability
Build positive relationships with collaborators, guiding them through impact analysis, user acceptance testing, and adoption of changes that deliver measurable business value
Act as a trusted subject matter expert on business processes and systems for both internal teams and customer-facing initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-time, meaningful, and relevant work experience
Experience in a pricing-focused role, with demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, analysis, and execution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution
Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization
Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Approach work with positive energy, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning
Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Scrum and business change management certification a plus
Experience with Jira, SAP, Atlassian Confluence, Tableau, Salesforce.com, and automation processes
