Franchise Development Manager
InXpress is a leading global third-party logistics provider, helping small and medium-sized businesses optimize their supply chains. They are seeking a results-oriented sales leader to coach and develop franchisees, leverage insights from reporting, and drive performance within the franchise network.

Responsibilities
Coach, train, and develop both new and tenured franchisees to accelerate growth within the network
Master InXpress systems, products, pricing models, and training materials
Understand and articulate the 3PL model and our go-to-market strategy
Conduct business and sales training sessions, create key reports, define KPIs, and recommend business plans
Build trust and maintain strong relationships across the franchise network
Qualification
Required
Proven success in sales or sales leadership within a related industry
In-depth knowledge of the 3PL landscape, plus domestic & parcel (UPS & DHL), LTL & TL freight
Familiarity with supply chain technology (TMS platforms) and their value propositions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI reporting preferred
Strong leadership, relationship-building, and results-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience with ocean and air freight
Experience with Power BI reporting
