Responsibilities

You will be actively engaged with front-line client teams involved in helping hospitals implement operational improvements and organizational enhancements that boost cost effectiveness and improve the quality of care for patients
You will leverage your expertise to take ownership of tenure-appropriate client relationships and guide clients through appropriate syndication discussions as well as longer-term frontline implementation projects and other responsibilities
You will be responsible for coding and testing tools and assets to deliver high quality analytics to our customers
You will also perform the transformation, filtering, and aggregation of raw data into concise, accurate, and focused data marts or client specific data models
You may also be responsible for data-intensive ad hoc analytics, including novel analytics for which tools are not sufficiently push button

Required

Experience in the field of business intelligence, application development, database development and ETL and/or data analysis domains with Big Data: SQL, Hive and/or Spark knowledge
Analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills to quickly process complex information and present it clearly and simply during transformation efforts with clients
Strong modelling and analytical Excel skills
Interest in analytics and change management with a passion to learn more about how to improve the way hospitals source and manage external spend areas (e.g., purchased services)
Ability to translate business requirements and excellent time management skills (manage estimated workload according to scope)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred

Healthcare domain knowledge is not required, but interest in healthcare is preferred
