Responsibilities
Source candidates for a variety of roles within SIG's technology organization
Work with managers and recruiters to define hiring needs and create a sourcing strategy for each role
Research competitors and industry trends to develop creative job ads to attract new talent and increase qualified applications
Measure success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics and making recommendations for change based on your findings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a sourcer or recruiter required
Strong sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Desire and aptitude to develop a functional understanding of the lines of business you support
Experience with advanced sourcing techniques beyond job boards and LIR
Ability to be onsite in our Philadelphia-area headquarters 4 days per week
