Senior LevelThe State of Missouri is seeking a Solutions Architect within the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division. This role involves designing and implementing enterprise architectures, developing technology road maps, and guiding team members in adopting cloud-native methodologies and best practices.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain technology road maps that align with enterprise architecture standards for proposed solutions
Recommend and guide team members in the adoption of AWS best practices, Well-Architected Framework principles, and cloud-native methodologies
Create comprehensive blueprints for cloud-native and hybrid solutions
Build and maintain high-performance database pipelines and modern Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
Review project plans, SOW's and RFP's
Create and maintain technical standards, policies, and detailed architectural diagrams
Ability to present technical information clearly and concisely
Experience with AWS and Azure Platform is preferable
Comprehensive understanding of cloud migration strategies, Infrastructure as Code, and AWS Well-Architected Framework
Familiar with Azure DevOps (ADO) and CI/CD pipelines
Practical experience with Java or .Net, and a good understanding of architectural frameworks
Familiar with Visual Studio 2022 and earlier versions
Experience with SQL Server 2019/2022
Knowledge of ServiceNow / Low code development
Ability to lead and mentor a dedicated team and work well with other teams
Strong analysis, critical thinking, and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
