Responsibilities

Lead global ERP project initiatives, managing cross-functional teams of 20+ members
Oversee full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
Manage large project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and change requests
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Utilize project portfolio management tools to track progress and performance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and technical teams

Qualification

Oracle/SAP ERPIT Project ManagementProject Portfolio ManagementMS ProjectPMP certification

Required

10+ years of Oracle/SAP ERP experience, including global ERP project management with budgets exceeding $750M
7+ years of IT Project Management experience using industry standards and best practices
7+ years managing project budgets, schedules, risk/issue logs, and change management in a formal PM role
5+ years of experience with Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Clarity)
5+ years of advanced working knowledge of MS Project
PMP certification highly desired
