Manage and maintain the Pega platform
Assist with integration builds and perform design reviews
Oversee application sunrising and support 2–3 basic integrations
Establish foundational cadences for review and governance
Train onshore and offshore team members (including India), and provide additional value-added training as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega (build, develop, deploy integration builds)
Experience working in a 100% SaaS environment (not on-premises)
Ability to support and develop non-complex applications
Strong integration and application support skills
