Responsibilities
Act as the senior client partner and trusted advisor, developing long-term account strategies aligned to business goals
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated social and influencer campaigns
Oversee multiple concurrent programs, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, budgets, and quality
Guide and mentor account managers, creatives, and cross-functional partners
Collaborate closely with creative, production, analytics, and media teams to bring bold ideas to life
Translate performance data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for clients
Stay ahead of platform trends, creator ecosystems, and cultural moments shaping Gen Z engagement
Navigate challenges proactively and resolve issues with a senior, solutions-oriented mindset
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in account management, social media, influencer marketing, or integrated marketing (agency experience strongly preferred) in startup (vs. large enterprise) environments
Proven success leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns and managing cross-functional teams
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube primarily) and influencer marketing tools
Analytical acumen with the ability to leverage data in driving strategy and measuring performance
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Experience working with culturally driven, Gen Z-focused, or entertainment-adjacent brands is a major plus
Bilingual (English/Korean) a plus but not required
