Responsibilities

Build and deepen relationships with Senior Stakeholders in leading Retail and Consumer organizations

Own the revenue and growth targets for one or more retail accounts

Lead account planning, mining, and farming activities

Act as a trusted partner by understanding the intersection of business strategy, customer behavior, supply chain dynamics, and AI/Data Analytics capabilities

Collaborate with Data Analytics / Engineering and Presales teams to define customized solutions using AI/ML, Data, and Analytics

Partner with the GTMs and Delivery team to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction

Act as the escalation point and ensure SLAs are met

Support new business development efforts via proposals, SOWs, and pitch decks

Work with marketing teams to develop AI-led value propositions for the Retail vertical

Required

8–12 years in Client-facing roles (e.g., Account management, Consulting, Pre-sales)

Prior experience working with or selling to Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer Goods clients is a must

Strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, or analytics solutions

Experience managing minimum $10M accounts or portfolios is a plus

Ability to understand and position AI-driven solutions (e.g., personalized recommendations, demand forecasting, computer vision for store analytics, pricing optimization)

Exposure to modern Data platforms (e.g., Master Data Management, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS)

Comfort working with technical teams to translate business problems into Data Analytics and AI/ML solutions

Executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Bachelor's degree in a related field
