Una is a rapidly expanding procurement advisor and group purchasing organization based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships, managing key accounts, and driving member success through proactive engagement and strategic execution.

Responsibilities
Activate all assigned accounts accurately and on time, including distributors and supplier partners
Maintain 100% CRM accuracy for onboarding, account updates, and roster changes
Lead monthly partner calls and provide consistent reporting for assigned accounts
Deliver market basket analyses and presentations on schedule with clear insights and recommendations
Participate in sales-related calls with members, prospects, and partners to support growth initiatives
Provide weekly visibility into supplier activations, conversions, and onboarding progress
Achieve assigned quarterly revenue targets tied to account growth and supplier participation
Support cross-sell and upsell efforts within foodservice and secondarily across non-food categories
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management, member success, sales, or customer service
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with accuracy and attention to detail
Prove proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present savings data
Proactive, outgoing, and comfortable in sales-driven conversations
