Responsibilities
Own and drive the product design vision, strategy, and execution across Healthie’s platform
Serve as a player-coach: balancing strategic leadership with hands-on design execution
Lead and grow a team of talented product designers, fostering personal and professional growth
Implement and refine a modern design process that incorporates discovery, iteration, and delivery
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Business teams to define and prioritize initiatives
Maintain and evolve Healthie’s design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with engineering best practices
Build a culture of design excellence, visual quality, and user-first thinking across the organization
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product design experience
At least 3+ years in a design leadership role at a high-growth SaaS or healthtech company
Deep expertise in user-centered design, UX/UI best practices, and design systems
Passionate about coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing design teams
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
Care deeply about impact and are energized by the opportunity to help modernize healthcare through thoughtful, human-centered design
