Responsibilities
Prepare and manage sales quotations in coordination with sales and technical teams
Process and track customer purchase orders
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation
Support invoicing follow-up and general sales administration
Act as a liaison between U.S. sales and service teams, headquarters and manufacturing locations, and logistics partners
Manage commercial and operational documentation, including order files, contracts, and compliance or technical documentation
Maintain accurate data in internal systems (CRM: Zoho, ERP: SAP Business One)
Support field sales and service teams with scheduling, documentation, and coordination
Prepare basic internal reports (sales tracking, backlog, forecasts, KPIs)
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes as the U.S. organization grows
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales Administration, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Administration, or Commercial Back Office
ERP: SAP Business One (or similar ERP experience required)
CRM: Zoho (or comparable CRM systems)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
English: Native or fully fluent (required)
Strong organizational and administrative skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and reliable manner
Professional communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders
Comfortable working in a small to mid-size organization
Proactive, dependable, and service-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B environments strongly preferred
Spanish: A strong plus, particularly for Mexico-related market support
