They are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for various clinical roles, build candidate pipelines, and enhance the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles including Medical Assistants, LPNs, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Care Delivery Operations, and Health Coaches
Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing across multiple channels
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and create effective interview plans
Maintain disciplined ATS hygiene in Greenhouse including tagging, workflow updates, documentation, and reporting
Track, analyze, and communicate recruiting metrics to hiring managers and leadership
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience rooted in clarity, communication, and empathy
Contribute to process improvements and TA initiatives that strengthen consistency, efficiency, and scalability

Required

5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on clinical hiring
Proven success recruiting for Medical Assistants, LPNs, RNs, NPs, and/or related healthcare roles
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS (workflows, reporting, tagging, automation, pipeline management)
Strong sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards, and passive outreach strategies
High level of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results
