Atech is a company that has been proudly servicing the Nashville foodservice industry since 1990. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to manage calls and emails, solve customer problems, and organize technician schedules.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and emails like a pro

Identify customer needs and turn 'help!' into 'thank you!'

Generate repair estimates based on technician input

Input and update customer info, screen calls, and take messages like a ninja

Dispatch and schedule technicians, keeping the day running smoother than a fresh jar of peanut butter

Close out service tickets and verify/invoice daily work orders for accuracy
